I live and work in the parish of Goathland, which sits atop the Esk Valley in the North York Moors National Park; an area I moved to in my early 20s after completing a fine art degree in Edinburgh. While I never fully left my artistic practice  behind  I'm now engaged in a more intensive, creative  journey.

My drawing, painting and a little printmaking come from a constant process of observation plus an enjoyment and experimentation of the materials used.

A  key part of my journey is  also facilitating workshops to encourage others with their own creativity.
